This completed project in Soddy-Daisy was a comprehensive exterior refresh of a two-story residence, including the home itself, concrete surfaces, pool deck, multiple wood decks, patio furniture, retaining walls, and both interior and exterior windows.

**House Wash – Two-Story Home**
All exterior vertical surfaces of the home were cleaned, including soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and siding (vinyl/Hardie/brick/stucco as applicable). A soft-wash process was used, applying a carefully blended detergent solution to loosen and remove accumulated dirt, dust, mold, mildew, pollen, cobwebs, and general surface residue. Where needed, light scrubbing addressed minor staining and embedded grime before everything was thoroughly rinsed. The result was a uniformly clean exterior from the roofline down, with the work completed under a 1‑Year Mold & Mildew Warranty.

**Concrete Cleaning – Driveways, Walkways, and Patios**
All primary concrete areas were addressed: driveway, walkways, sidewalk, front curb, front porch, back concrete patio, and the concrete pad around the pool equipment. These surfaces were treated with detergents and then surface washed to remove mold, mildew, dirt, and other buildup. Each area was thoroughly rinsed, restoring a brighter, more even appearance and improving overall curb appeal and safety.

**Pool Deck Concrete Wash**
The pool deck received a separate, detailed surface wash with detergents suited to high-traffic, wet areas. Mold, mildew, and ground-in dirt were removed, and the entire deck was rinsed clean. This left the pool surround looking refreshed and more comfortable for barefoot use.

**Wood Deck Cleaning – Three Decks**
Three separate deck areas were cleaned, including the deck boards, stairs, handrails, and screened sections. A soft-wash solution was applied to lift mold, mildew, algae, pollen, and surface dirt without damaging the wood or finishes. Each deck was then rinsed clean, improving both appearance and readiness for use or future staining/sealing.

**Patio Furniture and Outdoor Surfaces**
Outdoor furniture on the decks and around the pool was moved or rolled up as needed and then cleaned in place. A gentle soft-wash detergent blend was used to remove dirt, mildew, pollen, and light staining from furniture surfaces and outdoor rugs. Everything was rinsed thoroughly and returned, leaving the seating and lounging areas noticeably cleaner and more inviting.

**Retaining Wall Cleaning**
The retaining wall on the property was surface washed with detergents formulated to remove mold, mildew, dirt, dust, and pollen from masonry. The wall was then thoroughly rinsed, revealing the original color and texture of the material and tying in visually with the freshly cleaned house and hardscapes.

**Interior & Exterior Window Washing**
All accessible windows and glass doors were cleaned inside and out. On the exterior, glass surfaces were washed after the house wash to remove smudges, dirt, pollen, and light buildup. Inside, the same attention to detail was applied, wiping away fingerprints, haze, and streaks. By completing both sides, the glass was left clear and bright, complementing the freshly cleaned exterior.

Overall, the project delivered a top-to-bottom exterior reset of the property: the home’s façade, hardscapes, pool area, decks, furnishings, retaining wall, and windows were all addressed in a single, coordinated effort, leaving the residence visibly refreshed and more enjoyable to live in and entertain around.
