This project involved a complete exterior cleaning of a one‑story residence in Chattanooga, a metal garage building, and an attached wood deck with handrails and built‑in bench seating. The work focused on restoring the appearance of all accessible exterior surfaces while protecting the materials with a low‑pressure soft washing process.

For the home, all soffits, fascia, exterior gutters, downspouts, and vertical wall surfaces were cleaned. This included a mix of siding materials—such as vinyl, brick, Hardie board, or stucco—treated as needed according to their specific finishes. A soft wash method was used throughout, applying a carefully blended detergent solution designed to loosen and remove common organic growth and contaminants.
