QualityPRO Power Washing Gutter and House Cleaning in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia

This project involved a comprehensive gutter cleaning service completed across a 31-unit townhome community in Fort Oglethorpe, consisting of three separate groupings: a block of 25 townhomes, a block of 5 townhomes, and one individual townhome. The work was performed consistently across all structures, with attention to both functionality and site cleanliness.

For each townhome, all accessible gutters were thoroughly cleared of accumulated leaves, twigs, and general rooftop debris. The team worked methodically along each roofline, ensuring that both front and rear gutter runs were fully cleaned out. Particular care was taken at gutter joints, corners, and low spots where material tends to build up and restrict water flow.

Once the bulk debris was removed, the gutters and downspouts were rinsed out with water to confirm proper drainage. This rinsing step helped flush out smaller particles and sediment that can’t be removed by hand alone. Each downspout was checked from top to bottom to ensure water was flowing freely and that there were no blockages at elbows or discharge points.

Throughout the project, debris was collected as work progressed rather than being left to accumulate on the ground. All leaves, twigs, and waste material removed from the gutters were gathered, bagged, and picked up from the property, leaving walkways, driveways, yards, and shared outdoor areas clean and tidy once the work was complete.

By the end of the project, all 31 townhomes had fully cleared and rinsed gutter systems, with downspouts confirmed to be draining correctly and the surrounding grounds cleaned of all related debris.
