QualityPRO Power Washing Hunter Tanker trailer- Bi-Weekly wash, Hunter Daycab – Bi-Weekly wash, Sleeper cab – Bi-Weekly wash, Tanker truck – Bi-Weekly wash, Box truck – Bi-Weekly wash, Flat bed – Bi-Weekly wash

Extended deep cleaning and exterior pressure washing performed using detergent, degreaser, and brightener.

This project involved a recurring, bi-weekly exterior wash program for a mixed fleet operating in Chattanooga, including:

- Hunter tanker trailers
- Hunter daycabs
- Sleeper cabs
- Tanker trucks
- Box trucks
- Flatbeds

Each visit focused on an extended-time deep clean, going beyond a standard quick wash to address road film, grease, and buildup that accumulate in regular service.

For every unit, the exterior was thoroughly pressure washed using a tailored combination of detergent, degreaser, and brightener. Detergent was applied to break down general road grime and dirt across the body panels and roof surfaces. Degreaser was then focused on high-impact and contamination-prone areas such as lower side panels, wheel areas, undercarriage access points, and connections on tanker equipment. The brightener was used where appropriate on metal and aluminum surfaces to restore a clean, uniform appearance and reduce staining and oxidation from road salts and environmental exposure.

The bi-weekly schedule allowed each vehicle to be washed on a consistent rotation, including the units identified in the fleet lists (such as 14, 40, 41, 51, 60, 17, 18, 48, 61, 23, 24, 36, 37, 42, 44, and 59). This consistency meant that no unit was allowed to reach a point of heavy, baked-on contamination. Instead, each cleaning cycle reinforced the previous one, keeping the finish in better long-term condition and making each subsequent wash more efficient.

The extended-time approach was especially important for the tanker trailers and tanker trucks. Extra attention was given to product-contact exterior zones, connection points, ladders, catwalks, and splash areas where residues and film tend to collect. Flatbeds and box trucks were carefully pressure washed to clear deck surfaces, rails, and vertical panels without damaging finishes or decals, while daycabs and sleeper cabs received detailed work around grills, mirrors, steps, fuel tanks, and fairings.

Throughout the project, pressure settings and chemical dwell times were controlled to ensure effective cleaning without harming paint, decals, seals, or fittings. By the end of each service cycle, the fleet left the wash in a visibly refreshed condition, with cleaner surfaces, brighter metalwork, and a more professional on-road appearance across all units in the Chattanooga operation.
