QualityPRO Power Washing New Construction Home Wash – Rinse Gutters and House
Exterior cleaning including rinsing the house, garage, walkway, driveway, and patio, with stain removal on the driveway and debris cleared from gutter tops.
This project involved a complete exterior rinse and clean-up for a newly constructed home in Chattanooga, focusing on restoring a fresh, finished appearance after the building phase.
The work began with a thorough rinse of the home’s exterior, including the main house and attached garage. All accessible surfaces were gently washed to remove construction dust, light dirt, and residue without disturbing new materials or finishes. The house was given a light, even rinse to brighten siding and trim while protecting paint and exterior surfaces.
The gutters were then addressed, with attention given to the tops where sawdust, shingle grit, leaves, and other construction-related debris had collected. These areas were rinsed clean to prevent buildup that could later interfere with drainage or stain the edges of the gutter lines.
Horizontal hard surfaces around the property were also carefully cleaned. The concrete driveway received focused treatment to remove visible stains and construction marks, improving both appearance and curb appeal. The front walkway and rear patio were fully rinsed to clear off dust, dirt, and light debris, leaving clean, uniform surfaces that matched the newly completed home.
By the end of the project, the property presented a polished, move-in-ready exterior, free from the typical dust, residue, and staining that follow new construction.
